Liborio Garcia is the president and founder of Expert Construction, Inc., a small but well-known construction company in New Mexico.

 

Born and raised in Guanajuato, Mexico, Liborio immigrated to the United States to pursue his dream in architecture and building. Soon after arriving in the United States, Liborio began working for a construction company all while taking classes at the local university. He soon found himself fascinated by the construction industry and began his career in construction. Liborio formed his construction company, Expert Construction, Inc. in June, 1994 concentrating his work on commercial concrete work. For the past twenty years, ECI has expanded its services to all phases of commercial and residential construction.
